The chili harvest is just about ready. This year I want to preserve the excess and not let it go to waste as last year.

I found this quick and easy chili pickle recipe and made a bottle of Jalapeno's using the recipe as is but without pickling spice. It truly is quick and easy.

Very impressed with the results.

Now it's time to start experimenting with my own signature blend.
